Governance is exercised through a transparent process on Snapshot, a straightforward platform ensuring that even first-time voters can participate. All $REPO token holders are eligible to participate, offering an opportunity to shape the future of meme coins.

Meme Coins Selection Process: Meme coins eligible for voting are carefully curated based on community interest, potential, and alignment with Kuza's values. Kuza members can propose new meme coins in our governance forum, which undergoes a rigorous vetting process before making it to the voting list. This ensures that only the most promising and community-backed coins are considered. Once a meme coin is selected through our community process, Kuza springs into action by integrating it into the Kuza treasury and mechanisms.

To stay relevant and effective, Kuza's governance structure will be periodically reviewed and updated. This iterative process ensures that our governance model remains at the forefront of the Avalanche ecosystem. The governance structure is a reflection of Kuza's commitment to the meme coin culture and the broader DeFi community.
